registrations. Availability of services is not guaranteed.

3. Booking via Third-Party Providers (Playtomic)

Court bookings, payments, and availability may be processed through third-party booking
platforms, in particular Playtomic.
Unipadel AG has no control over the technical availability, functionality, or data processing
of such third-party platforms.
Any contractual relationship for bookings may arise directly between the user and the
third-party provider.

Unipadel AG shall not be liable for:
- Errors, double bookings, or cancellations caused by third-party booking systems
- Payment processing issues handled by third parties
- Data loss or service interruptions originating from third-party platforms

4. No Contractual Guarantee

Use of the website does not create a contractual entitlement to any service unless explicitly
confirmed by Unipadel AG.

5. User Responsibility and Sports Risk

Participation in sports activities is at the user's own risk. Users are responsible for ensuring
they are physically fit and adequately insured.
Unipadel AG excludes liability for injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents to the
extent permitted by law.

Unipadel AG excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not
limited to:
- Booking interruptions or technical failures
- Injuries sustained during sports activities
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Unavailability of facilities or services
